When I am contracted to go into school systems to trouble shoot behavioral problems, one of the biggest problems I encounter is a standard behavior management policy that is supposed to apply (and work!) with all children. We have finally recognized that not all children learn in the same way. Now it is time to recognize that children`s behavior can not always be corrected in the same way either.
