Things you can do to relieve some of the symptoms of Andropause include:
Finding new ways to relieve stress. Eating a nutritious, low-fat, high-fiber diet. Getting plenty of sleep. Exercising regularly. Finding a supportive friend or group and talk to them about what you´re going through. Limiting your consumption of alcohol and caffeine. Drinking lots of water.

Depression in Men?
Men, just like women, suffer from Depression. Depression is less heard of in men because Depression is often thought of as a woman´s illness. Men are often reluctant to seek help for fear that they will be labeled "different." This is a myth. Men are just as likely to suffer Depression as women are.
